Our Christmas cakes are made in limited quantities and pre-orders will be prioritised. These cakes are available only until stocks last, so we strongly encourage placing your pre-order early to secure yours.
- Cut-off for Christmas cake orders is December 24.
- All stores remain open over Christmas and New Year break so pick-up is available throughout.
- No deliveries from December 22–26, December 31, and January 1.
During these dates, only in-store pick-up from our branches will be available. - Earliest delivery and in-store pick-up begin December 16.

Did you sell out of Christmas cakes last year?
Yes! Our Christmas cakes completely sold out last year, and we had to stop taking orders in the final week before Christmas. We always bake in limited batches to ensure freshness and quality, so we recommend ordering early this year to avoid missing out.
If you're planning to buy any of our Christmas cake, we highly encourage you to pre-order now.
How far in advance should I place my Christmas cake order?
If you're ordering after the 16th December, it's recommended you order at least 72 hours of lead time to prepare your cake for pick-up or delivery.
We're now accepting pre-orders up until the 16th Dec so we highly encourage you to place your order as early as now. We can guarantee that your cake will be ready for the Christmas break.
Do you offer next-day delivery for Christmas cakes in Sydney?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer next-day delivery for our Christmas cakes. Due to the high demand during the festive season.
We require at least 3 days to carefully prepare and craft each cake to ensure it meets our high standards.
Thus, we recommend placing your order in advance to secure your Christmas cakes in time for your celebration. Please note that the Christmas Cake Log - Ice Cream is only available for pick up. Thank you for understanding!
Do you offer delivery/pick-up Christmas cakes?
Yes, we offer delivery for our range of Christmas cake except the Christmas Log Cake - Ice Cream (pick-up only).
However, take note that we have a cut-off for accepting orders and making deliveries:
- Cut-off for Christmas cake orders is December 24.
- No deliveries from December 22–26, December 31, and January 1. During these dates, only in-store pick-up from our branches will be available.

Will the shop be open during Christmas and the holiday period?
Yes! our shop will be open throughout Christmas and the holiday period with adjusted hours, including Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

What if I need to change or cancel my Christmas order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Changes and cancellations can usually be made up to 72 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup time.
