What if the cake I choose is out of stock?
While we aim to keep all our most popular cakes in stock for same-day pick-up, some varieties may sell out quickly and may vary by store. If that happens, we’ll contact you to offer a similar alternative or help arrange a solution.
Can I customise same-day cakes?
Customisation is not available for same-day orders. For custom cakes, we recommend ordering at least 2–3 days in advance.
