What are letter cakes?
Letter cakes are custom cakes shaped as the letters you choose, making them perfect for birthdays, anniversaries and milestone celebrations.
Whether it’s a first birthday or a fiftieth anniversary, the letter cake becomes a fun and meaningful part of the event.
What's the size of your letter cakes?
Our letter cakes are pretty huge as they consist of several profiteroles stacked above and next to each other to form the letters.
We use 30 to 40 profiteroles in our Single Letter cake; and 50 to 70 profiteroles in our Double Letter cake, so you can expect them to come in a huge box.
What are the available dips for profiteroles in the letter cakes?
We only offer chocolate dipping for our profiteroles, and you can opt for either half-dipped or full-dipped.
You also have several options when it comes to toppings. These are:

Do you offer customisation for the letter cakes?
Yes we do. In the Letter Cake order page, you can indicate the letter that you want and a custom message for the recipient.

How much notice do I need to order a letter cake?
We require a 48-hour notice whenever you order a letter cake from Profiterole Patisserie.
This is needed in order for us to properly execute all the customisations you requested (if any).
